Visit the Totumo Volcano at the best time of day to enjoy the peace and tranquility of the area.

In this experience we will start the tour in a boat from the town of Loma de Arena to visit the swamp in the area and learn a little about the history of this area; where we will learn about India Catalina and her captor Pedro de Heredia.

From here, we will approach an island within the swamp to observe the fauna it contains from a distance and see the awakening of several birds that make this quite a spectacle. Then, we will enjoy the volcano and the benefits of the mud, including magnesium, sulfur, iodine, potassium, calcium and iron. There you will receive a massage before going down to the swamp to enjoy a well-deserved bath and cleanse ourselves of the mud. 
We will get on the boat again to move to the other area of the town where the swamp mixes with the sea water. We will enjoy a delicious breakfast with eggs, wrapped in corn, coffee and orange juice to recharge, here we can leave our things and then go by boat to a completely private and quiet beach 5 minutes away.

After spending a couple of hours on the beach, we will return to the restaurant for a delicious typical lunch before returning to the city of Cartagena.
